Dogs: Please choose your boarding package. **Deluxe and Penthouse may be booked during holidays and peak times. Reservations are made in the order they are received. Please call to check availability if you do not wish to board your pet in economy in the event deluxe is already booked.
Economy Boarding: Dogs board in kennel/cage, 4 walks daily. Add Doggie Daycare at 1/2 off the regular rate.
Deluxe Suites: Dogs board in spacious glass runs, 4 walks daily. Add Doggie Daycare at 1/2 off regular rate.
Penthouse Rooms: Includes a furnished bedroom, webcam privileges at cityvet.com, unlimited Doggie Daycare, and a Bath- The Works.
Downtown Doggie Daycare: Includes supervised play from 9-5 Monday thru Friday and 8-2 on Saturday. Dogs are grouped according to size and temperament and weather permitting can alternate between indoor and outdoor play areas. Watch you hound play at cityvet.com!

Cats: Cat boarding includes a private condo plus individual play sessions in our cat room.

Food: We highly recommend that you bring a supply of your pet's regular diet. We feed a high quality diet, but a sudden change in diet added to a change in surroundings may easily cause soft stool, vomiting, or diarrhea.

Personal Property:

 Our boarding facilities are cleaned and disinfected twice a day, and all bedding is laundered. Please do not leave any toys or bedding of great value since they may easily become lost in the wash. We have plenty of toys and bedding for your pet should you choose not to bring any. If you do leave any personal property with your pet, please let the receptionist know you made reservations online and make sure they note your pet's property.

Fleas, Ticks, & Illness:

 Any time your pet is around animals it is possible for it to pick up a flea, tick, or common viral illness. We keep our facilities clean and exterminated but is impossible for us to discover every flea or tick brought in. If you would like us to certify that your pet is flea/tick free when entering for boarding we will be happy to perform a focus exam ($20.00). Any pet found to have fleas or ticks will be treated at the owner's expense. Also, if your pet is not already on monthly flea preventative we would be happy to recommend one that you can apply before or after boarding.
Vaccinations:

For your pet’s protection as well as other’s we require proof that your pet is current on all vaccinations. If your pet is not current on vaccinations we will be happy to do them on the 1st day of boarding.

Spa Services: We strongly recommend a bath after boarding since your pet will get dirty playing/walking.

Basic Bath includes shampoo, air dry, basic brush out, and cologne.

Bath- The Works includes shampoo and conditioner, air dry, brush out, nail trim, anal gland expression (if needed), and cologne.

Grooming includes a Bath-The Works, plus any type of cut or style (please fill out a grooming form as well).

Any Special Instructions?

If you have not provided proof of current vaccinations and we cannot verify that your pet is current within 4 hours of the time your pet is dropped off for boarding, your pet will be given the appropriate vaccines and the charges will be added to your invoice. Please check the box to indicate that you authorize these services.
