How to manage your CityVet App account

If you would like to delete your app account please follow the steps below.

Note: Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all of your app content from our system, such as pet images.  This will not affect your CityVet pet clinical records or other clinic related information which is a separate account.  It will only delete your app related content.

The steps to delete your app account:

1. In the CityVet app, click on the “Account” option in the bottom toolbar.
2. Click on the “Settings” option
3. Click on the “Delete Account” option
4. Read the information about what is being deleted (your App content) and what is being retained (your CityVet clinic account).
5. Type in “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the input box
6. Click on “YES, DELETE MY ACCOUNT”
