Michael Miller

In August of 2019 Mike joined the team as Chief Financial Officer. With extensive experience in diverse industries, he is driven by helping implement finance and operations initiatives that improve processes, reduce expense and generate EBITDA growth. He leads CityVet’s M&A financial due diligence and integration, as well as shareholder relationships, and accounting functions. 

Mike received  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and in Finance, with a minor in Communications, from the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!) and his MBA from Southern Methodist University–Cox School of Business.

Mike lives in Southlake, Texas with his wife, Ashley and two daughters, and two dogs Bella and Bubba. Mike enjoys running, tennis, and watching his daughters’ sporting activities (soccer and competitive cheer).
