The Veterinarian Recruiter will deliver full-cycle recruiting in new markets for a growing Dallas-based organization. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and execute new market strategies to identify and recruit potential candidates for DVM’s with a passion for client service and quality pet care. This position will develop sourcing pools and coordinate recruiting and marketing efforts for New Grad/Associate DVM/Local Partner candidates. Ultimately, this role will build strong DVM talent pipelines in new markets to help position us for exciting growth! This can be a remote based position, preferably based in a large TX market (Dallas, Austin, Houston, etc.). Would strongly consider a sales oriented DVM or Veterinary Services Sales Representative motivated to grow their skills in a different area.
Talent acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career and industry events. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in developing trusting relationships within the Veterinary Industry. We will consider a remote-based role for a highly qualified candidate; flexibility to travel as needed will be required.
