Dr. Amy Birdwell, a Texas native, has been caring for pets since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She has advanced training in veterinary acupuncture and is certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine (CVCH). She loves using these holistic therapies to help treat chronic conditions, pain management, and pets sensitive to medications—many pet parents even call their sessions “spa treatments!”

Dr. Kenny Patin

Dr. Patin practices companion animal and exotic animal medicine and provides medical and surgical care for a wide range of species. He also treats livestock, cattle, horses, and more. Dr. Patin and his wife, Sheli, are advocates for the adoption of shelter pets and rescue animals. The Patins live in the Bulverde area where they share their property with one horse, five dogs, a coop full of chickens, and a whole herd of champion-producing cattle.
