Got in no wait quick service and thorough check for pups issue.. dental
The only downside is the parking. There’s no parking in front of the office. Due to some physical limitations and large, excited dogs, parking farther away causes me more pain. However, you can call ahead and the staff will come get your pets and take them inside while you park. However, it’s a very busy road and stopping in front of the office can hold up traffic.
All in all, we really like CityVet Surprise and the staff. Worth the five stars I gave it.
I wanted to update my earlier review. On my recent visit, things were noticeably better. The team acknowledged the feedback, took the time to address the issue, and made the experience much smoother. I really appreciate the effort and the personal attention. It’s good to see that feedback was heard and acted on, and I’m happy to update my review based on this improvement.
