“I would give ten stars if I could!! We had an amazing experience with CityVet! An emergency situation, Taylor booked our appointment quickly, greeted us by name upon arrival (even our cat) and placed us in an exam room where we were seen by our Tech Sam and Dr. D’Intino who were compassionate, caring and gentle. Dr. D’Intino quickly diagnosed the medical issue and provided two solutions. Both were fully explained including risks, step by step procedures and costs (very reasonable). We were treated as if we were family, as if our beloved cat was one of their own. We have a new Vet in Dr. D’Intino and a new clinic in CityVet!!”
– Kimberly B., CityVet Alamo Heights + Urgent Care
“We had a great experience with CityVet. Facilities were nice and clean, and staff overall were great. Previous vets had written off my dog’s condition, but Dr. D was thorough and patient. It didn’t feel like we were being rushed in and out. Glad I finally found a vet’s office we like!”
– Caroline S., CityVet Alamo Heights + Urgent Care
“We had the best experience at CityVet Alamo Heights yesterday. The staff and doctor were very helpful in explaining treatment. The facility is neat and clean. Truly felt like everyone took the time to be helpful plus I genuinely felt like they cared about my dog. Dr. Bunning has years of experience and knowledge of working breed dogs.”
