The team at CityVet | Chandler Veterinary & Urgent Care treated Brad and our family with such kindness, care, and compassion during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. There was absolutely no rushing us, even though it was already past their closing time. They gave me time to video call my daughter so that she could be there, and the veterinarian patiently explained every step of the process as she helped make Brad as comfortable and peaceful as possible.
After we said goodbye and left Brad in their care, I became extremely emotional and started feeling lightheaded. The staff immediately supported me, helped me stay on my feet, assisted me to my car, and even gave me hugs as I cried. Their compassion went far beyond caring for Brad—they cared for us too.
Losing Brad has been incredibly painful, but I am so grateful that his final moments were surrounded by people who treated him with gentleness, dignity, and love. This is the kind of understanding and compassion every pet and every family deserves.

I was driving home with my dog, Lucky, after visiting a friend when I noticed that his breathing was becoming much worse. I happened to be nearby, found CityVet on Google, and drove straight there. The team immediately took Lucky in and treated us with so much kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. They even stayed past their regular working hours to make sure he received the care he needed.
After the radiologist confirmed that Lucky had a serious pneumothorax, Dr. Bee called and left me a voicemail telling me to take Lucky to the emergency hospital immediately. Even after Dr. Bee arrived home, he called me again to make sure I had received the message and was taking action. The team also called the following morning to check on Lucky and see how he was doing.
I truly appreciate the care and love Dr. Bee, Summer, and the entire staff showed Lucky and me. Their quick response, dedication, and follow-up made such a difference and may have saved Lucky’s life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

One year of ownership, countless lives touched! 🐾❤️
Today marks a very special day for our amazing doctor, Dr. Fletcher! We’re celebrating her first anniversary as a clinic owner in Chandler! 🏆
Her compassion, dedication, and the love she puts into caring for each and every patient make us so proud to be part of her team.
In just one year, she has seen 2,521 patients and performed 134 surgeries, each one a reflection of her commitment to helping pets and the families who love them.
Her care extends beyond her patients to her team, too. She puts so much heart into making our clinic a place we all love coming to, where everyone feels supported and appreciated. Even on the busiest days, she’s never afraid to jump in and help with “tech” things, making those stressful moments feel a little easier. Her bubbly, goofy personality keeps us laughing and makes her such a joy to work with. We are so grateful for her and everything she does for us! 💕

This sweet girl and her amazing parents were visiting all the way from Florida, and we had the pleasure of getting to know them over two visits! 🥹
Abigail gave us quite the health scare, but we are SO happy to share that she is doing much better! 💕
Now, they’re off on their next adventure to Chicago! 🌆✈️ We will miss this sweet girl and her wonderful family dearly, but we are so grateful our paths crossed!
