What sets this office apart is their honesty and transparency. They clearly explain the essential treatment my dog truly needs, while also offering additional options that could help keep her more comfortable. I never feel pressured into unnecessary services or medications.
I also greatly appreciate that they provide a clear range of expected costs upfront, which helps avoid surprises and allows me to make informed decisions. They work with me to focus on what is most important for my dog’s health while still keeping care affordable.
Another huge plus is their availability. Whenever I call, they are usually able to see my dog within 24 hours, which has been incredibly helpful with my schedule and during stressful situations.
Overall, this office provides compassionate, practical, and affordable care. The veterinarian is genuinely kind, and I always leave feeling confident that my dog received excellent treatment.
