She offers wellness exams, preventive care, dental and dermatology services, and creates customized treatment plans that meet each pet's unique needs. With a lifelong passion for animal care, Dr. Hall believes exceptional medicine begins with knowing both her patients and their families. She has built a collaborative clinic culture where trust, teamwork, and genuine care define every visit. Proud to call San Antonio home since 2011, Dr. Hall also gives back to the community through her service on the Board of Directors for the Bulverde Area Humane Society and through additional rescue work. She and the CityVet | Leon Springs team provide exceptional veterinary care and ensure every pet and family feels comfortable and supported when they walk through the door.

Dr. Hall went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on, what my options were, and what each of my pets needed moving forward. She helped me navigate an incredibly difficult situation with compassion, honesty, and absolutely no pressure. She also followed up with me personally and made sure I had the documentation I needed very quickly.
The techs were all wonderful, and the communication was exceptional. I received text updates regarding testing, clear follow-up plans, and thoughtful answers to my questions. The entire experience felt much less clinical and much more focused on the animals themselves than other veterinary offices I’ve used.
I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Hall and the entire CityVet team for taking such good care of my girls.
We would like to formally say that while we do not personally enjoy “going to the vet,” if one must attend such appointments, Dr. Hall at City Vet Leon Springs is absolutely the place to do it.
From the moment we walk in, the staff knows our names (very important) and greets us like the celebrities we are. There are extra cuddles, gentle voices, and reassuring hugs that make the shots worth it. (well, almost!)
Dr. Hall is kind, patient, and explains everything to Momma in a way that makes her feel calm and confident. This is especially important because otherwise she might sit in the parking lot and cry during our procedures. (We appreciate you preventing that, Dr. Hall.)
We always feel well cared for, listened to, and treated like the tiny but mighty patients we are. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely loves animals and wants the best for us.
Our only formal request:
Please stop mentioning that we “might be getting too many treats.” We believe this to be unverified speculation.
