Moon Valley Coming Soon!

Dr. Lieu Balu, Lead Veterinarian Partner at CityVet | Moon Valley, brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to veterinary care. A Colorado State University graduate, she carries the values of teamwork, adaptability, and service into the way she cares for pets, clients, and her team. Dr. Balu believes great veterinary medicine starts with listening, clear communication, and care tailored to each pet and family. At CityVet | Moon Valley, she has created a close-knit clinic culture where team members feel supported, and clients are treated as part of the community. She chose Moon Valley because she wanted to build a neighborhood veterinary practice where families know their care team by name and can return with confidence throughout every stage of their pet’s life.
