Universal City Veterinarian on Kitty Hawk Road is a very reliable, professional, and always courteous veterinarian clinic. We have been with the clinic since Oct 2025 when we brought our chihuahuas in. Dr Levenberg and her staff are very efficient at their jobs and keep us at ease when examinations are performed on our dogs. We commend the ladies who work there, Vivian and Kara come to mind although there are many more who are do an excellent job. We highly recommend the Universal City Vet on Kitty Hawk Road.
If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic where your pet will be treated with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism, this is definitely the place to go! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
They took amazing care of my Husky puppy and treated him with so much patience, love, and attention. Even during the vaccination process, which can be uncomfortable for any puppy, they were so gentle and sweet with him that he barely even realized what was happening. 🥹🐾❤️ That alone says so much about the way they care for their patients.
You can truly tell that they love what they do and genuinely care about both the animals and making their owners feel comfortable and at ease.
Another huge plus is that the doctor is bilingual and speaks Spanish perfectly, which made our experience even easier and more comfortable.
I’m extremely happy with the care we received and would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a kind, caring, and trustworthy veterinary team. We will definitely be coming back! 🐶💙
