I truly don’t know what I would have done without Dr. Murphy, Dr. Coville, and the entire CityVet team. They have incredibly difficult jobs, but they show up every day with not only professionalism, but genuine compassion and care that goes far beyond what you would expect.

They treat your pet like it’s their own. They laugh with you, take photos with you and your “kids,” and when things take a turn for the worse, they sit with you, cry with you, and support you through some of the hardest moments. They don’t just care for the animals—they care deeply for the people who love them.

They cared for both my dog and my cat for years, and over the past four months, they helped me through the heartbreaking experience of saying goodbye to both of them. I have had pets my entire life and have worked with many vets in different places I’ve lived—but never once has leaving a vet impacted me like this. I cried knowing they would no longer be part of my pets’ lives or mine.

Dr. Murphy has always been incredibly attentive, kind, and responsive—going out of his way to follow up with calls or even texts when I couldn’t answer. Dr. Coville and the entire staff are just as amazing—kind, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond.

If I ever find myself ready to have a pet again one day, there is no question I would return to CityVet Uptown.
