She was able to correctly identify pancreatitis and adjust the treatment plan accordingly. Unfortunately, Sophie still wasn’t improving as expected, so we proceeded with IV fluids, additional testing, and even an ultrasound. Throughout the entire process, the vet and her staff showed a lot of care and persistence in trying to help Sophie feel better.
One thing I truly appreciated was how thoughtful and fair she was—for example, when a urine sample had to be repeated due to low concentration, she didn’t even charge us for the second test. That level of honesty meant a lot.
Beyond her medical expertise, she was also very compassionate and an excellent communicator. She kept me updated, checked in frequently, and made sure I understood what was happening with Sophie’s treatment. Even when I had to wait for updates, I always felt reassured knowing she would reach out as soon as she had new information.
Overall, I felt that Sophie was in very good hands. I’m very grateful for the care, honesty, and dedication shown throughout this difficult time, and I will definitely continue bringing my dogs to her in the future.
