We had spend over a year of more of repeated visits, tests, and different treatments with out any success.

One visit with Dr. Watson and we had a diagnosis(food allergies)and left with a simple treament plan(change in diet) and we have been over a year with zero ear issues.

When a dog destroys everything, the cause usually falls into one of three categories: intense boredom (a need for activity), panic when left alone (a need for security, often seen as dog destructive behavior when left alone), or a natural instinct to chew or dig without a proper outlet. Identifying the driving need is the key to finding the right solution, especially if dog anxiety destructive behavior is part of the picture.

I truly cannot say enough good things about CityVet Spring. We have an elderly German Shepherd who needs a little extra TLC in his golden years, and Dr. Summers and her entire team have been nothing short of amazing.

From the moment we walk through the door, both my dog and I are greeted by name by every staff member we encounter. The clinic is always spotless, and everyone is so welcoming, they greet you with a smile and even offer drinks and snacks (or bring them to you if you have little ones in tow).

Our sweet boy has had a few medical issues this summer, including one that brought us in today, and they have always been incredibly reassuring and quick to get us seen. Today, I had the pleasure of wrangling all three of my kids into the appointment with me (which is about as chaotic as it sounds), and not a single person made me feel like we were an inconvenience. Instead, everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming to all of us. They even kept my kids stocked with snacks while I focused on our dog which, if you’re a parent, you know is worth its weight in gold!

Dr. Summers takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers every question with patience, and never makes you feel rushed. You can genuinely tell how much she and her staff care about both their patients and the families who love them.

Finding a veterinarian you completely trust is priceless, and that’s exactly what we’ve found at CityVet Spring. They consistently go above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care they’ve given our dog. In my experience, this is hands down the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Well by far this has been the most pleasant vet visit I have ever experienced. The staff is exceptionally kind and caring. The facility was very clean and relaxed, and Dr Tiffany Summers was very kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Dr. Summers and staff are so kind and understanding. I appreciated how they really cared for my pup and showed him compassion. They explained the treatment plan throughly and went over cost as well. After three months of delays and what I believe was a misdiagnosis elsewhere, the team here scheduled surgery at my very first consultation. From pre-op to post-op, every communication was kind, thoughtful, and reassuring. They always respected my decisions, answered my questions with patience, and made a stressful experience so much easier.

My dog went in for surgery acting like she was going to Disney World instead of the vet. She was so excited and happy that, for a moment, I wondered if she even needed pain medication. 😂🐾

Dr. Johnson and the entire staff was amazing from the second I walked through the door till I left. She listened to my reasoning for coming and addressed every issue on top of making my nervous dog calm. They even gave her a toy before we left which I believe was her fav part of the entire visit.

Dr. Tylanda Johnson emergently took care of our dog Max six years ago and
she became our primary vet. He had recently passed and I needed to let people know that she gives great care! She listens and does what’s best for the patient as well as the family. I am leaving this heartfelt review because we are thankful we found this veterinary clinic! We recently visited this clinic because our beloved dog was having issues with his hind paw and my husband and I both agree that this place is WONDERFUL! All the staff and especially Doctor Johnson made us feel so welcomed and they treated our dog like one of their long time patient already. Our baby dog likes this clinic a lot, we can tell from the way he acted when he was there. We moved to Charlotte from Greensboro and we already have a regular veterinarian, who is also excellent, in Greensboro but they were not able to accomodate our baby til next week so we decided to give CityVet South End a try and we are so glad we did! I attached picture of our baby dog here! ♥️🥰

We’ve trusted this clinic with just about every member of our furry family, & I truly can’t say enough good things about them.

Over the past couple of months they’ve helped us through everything from routine wellness visits to unexpected emergencies. They were able to fit our puppy in the same day after he scratched his eye, they’ve been incredibly patient helping our anxious dog through his fear by creating a plan with medication & happy visits, & they’ve gone above & beyond for our cat after he had complications following his neuter.

When we discovered one of our rescue cats was pregnant, they showed us so much kindness & compassion. They genuinely wanted to make sure both mom & babies were healthy, & it reminded us that they care about the animals just as much as their owners do.

What has impressed us most is how compassionate & judgment-free everyone is. We have a busy household with several rescued pets, & every single one is treated with the same level of excitement, patience, & individualized care. The staff always seem genuinely happy to meet the newest member of our little family.

Veterinary care is a significant investment, especially when you’re committed to keeping multiple pets healthy. We’ve appreciated how transparent they are about costs, how willing they are to work with our schedule, & the affordable puppy & kitten wellness plans they offer could have helped us tremendously in the past. We’ve actually found them to be more affordable than our previous veterinarian without ever feeling like the quality of care was compromised.

It’s rare to find a veterinary team that combines medical expertise with so much compassion, flexibility, & genuine love for animals. We’re incredibly grateful to have found them.

My dog and I had the best experience visiting City Vet! From check in to check out the staff was welcoming and calm with my anxious pup. I was referred by my grandmother who used Dr. Beeson for her pups behavior issues. Just moved to the area, my cat was feeling a under the weather, I brought her in, quick check in , was offered a beverage, vet tech was so nice asking about my pet’s history, and the provider took her time to build rapport with my girl Dalilah + doing her assessment, this team really does care and take the time to truly care for your pet! I am so glad I found my forever vet!

CityVet-Carmel was the best vet experience I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly from the second we walked in the front door. Lobby and rooms were extremely clean. I brought my cat here for a rabies shot and they have a room dedicated to cats which is extremely nice as someone who has a cat who does not like dogs. The vet even sat on the floor with my cat and just let her sit in her lap because she is not a fan of standing on tables. Goose and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know that had animals 🙂

Dr. Heather is absolutely amazing! You can truly see how much she loves what she does. She treated my two Miniature Pinschers, Rocket and Maverick, with so much kindness, patience, and gentleness that they didn’t even complain when they got their vaccines.

Dr. Heather and the entire team at CityVet are amazing!

We worked with Poodle & Pooch Rescue to save this little 16-year-old girl from Orange County Animal Services. Dr. Heather prioritized her health needs—and she had plenty! She needed urgent surgery, which Dr. Heather performed skillfully. When we picked her up post-op, Dr. Heather gave us clear instructions on how we needed to care for her. And she recorded what she said and gave us a transcript so we could refer to it when we got home.

Every single member of the team at CityVet is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

The office itself is fun and creatively furnished so that the people and the pets are as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Hall has to be the most kind, caring and compassionate veterinarian I have ever met! She has such a happy, bubbly personality and a heart of gold! I have no doubt that my girl is in great hands under her care. Dr. Hall is very thorough and truly wants the best for your pet. She takes the time to answer all of your questions and provides a detailed plan of care. The office and exam rooms are nice and clean and her whole staff is wonderful! I love the team at CityVet Leon Springs! They take such good care of our Whippet, Mango. Dr Hall is thorough and kind and all the staff is so loving and pleasant.

Our dog recently had to get an extraction and we were nervous about putting him under anesthesia but Dr Hall was super knowledgeable about sighthounds and the risks and answered every question. We just picked him up and he’s doing great. They texted the whole time and updated us and took great care of him.

We found our vet home!! We love you Dr Hall and CityVet Leon Springs team!

Took my new pup in for a checkup, they were kind, thoughtful and ensured she was as relaxed as possible. She’s a rescue and still scared of everything, but she wasn’t afraid of them. The first visit is on the house, not sure what the costs are like but if you are in Leon Springs, and want a close vet, they have been great so far

We had an appointment with our Ibizian Hound today with Dr. Hall. The facility was beautiful, I loved the space in the treatment room, everyone was so welcoming and polite. Everything went super smooth. The Tech and the Vet were amazing with Ted, he enjoyed the visit and they treated him like family. I was so excited to get the chance to book an appointment with a Veterinarian that is experienced with Sighthounds. I would rate them 10/10 and would trust them with all my animals!

We have been taking our two pups, Thomas Jefferson (pug) and Frances Bean (frenchie) to Dr. Hall since we moved to the area in December and both pups give her and the whole team “two paws up”.

We never feel rushed or like we are just a number to the team. Every time we have been in to the office – whether for annual shots or nail trims, they treat our pups like royalty. We’ve never felt pressured into any one treatment option either, Dr. Hall and team always present options and discuss everything with us so we can make an informed decision about Thomas and Frannie’s care.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hall and team. At the end of the day as pet parents, we all want a vet and team that will care for and treat our pets the way we treat them. Dr. Hall and her team are definitely that practice!

I was worried about my 12 year old Yorkie and called City Vet yesterday afternoon to see if he could be seen and they were able to get us in within the hour. They said they were busy this afternoon but he could be seen we just might have a little longer wait. From the time we arrived they were so friendly and got us right into the exam room to wait. It was a very comfortable room, the technician came in to take his vitals then took him to the back to get his labs done. Even though we did wait we were able to have a quiet place to sit. The technician came to check on us to keep us updated and thanked us for our patience. When Dr. Curtis came in she was very caring and explained different treatment options. My Little Guy was able to get the medications needed. Today I received a text message from the staff asking how he was doing and a follow up email from Dr. Curtis that went over everything discussed during yesterday’s visit. I called City Vet because it was close by and they could get him seen quickly. I am so thankful that I took him there because everyone was great! Thank you so much!!

I won’t be allowed enough characters here adequately explain how fantastic, generous, knowledegable, and kind Dr. Guster is. My cattle dog has always been required to be sedated and muzzled for visits. Even with sedation, we haven’t been able to get him into a vet for a few years; he’s terrified and extremely reactive and bites.
Recently, he started having what I suspected was back pain. I was able to easily book a next day appointment online. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my dog into the clinic, so I went in to apologize in person for taking up the time slot. Dr. Guster came out to the lobby and spoke with me at length about what I was seeing, what he thought the issue may be, and suggested a mobile vet given my dog’s fear. I offered to pay for the visit and they refused to take any payment.
The pain got worse the next day, so I called again and asked if it would be beneficial at all to bring him in a crate, even if they wouldn’t be able to do a physical exam or labs and they said yes and booked me for the next morning when the clinic would be quiet.
We were unable to get a muzzle or cone on my dog once in the exam room. Dr. Guster suggested we walk with him to the back, where he then had me stand with my dog against a cabinet and was able to do both a physical exam and labs. He was so calm and fearless and explained that sometimes less is more.
It’s completely unbelievable to me that they were able or willing to do an exam without a muzzle or cone. This exemplifies experience, kindness, wisdom, determination, empathy, and expertise.
I can not possibly express in words how thankful I am to have found Dr. Guster and his team at City Vet. Thank you, All, from the deepest depths of my heart and soul.

I never write reviews but wanted to write one in case it helps somebody else in a similar situation. I had to make the difficult decision to put my senior cat with late stage kidney disease to sleep. The staff at this location were incredibly kind and compassionate with the whole process. Even though we weren’t regular patients, they got us in same day, were very gentle with her, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They made a very hard situation a little less painful by being so kind and understanding.

Dr. Guster is awesome. Staff is friendly, having a anxious dog, they were accommodating and slow. We have followed Dr.Guster for years and will continue. Need a vet who listens, great bedside manner, never pushy, this is your place.

My dog is absolutely terrified of men due to past traumas. I’ve always felt super uneasy about taking her to the vet not knowing how she was going to react. Dr. Guster is so amazing beyond words. He is so kind and knowledgeable. I am completely switching over to this Vetrinary for both my cat and dog. Cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for them.

Everybody was very helpful and kind today with my sweet Kitty. I had my fiancé bring her in because of a swollen eye and they were very quick to diagnose her with a tooth infection. He said they were very attentive and made great suggestions on how to treat it and next steps. We will definitely be back! He also said the doctor was phenomenal!
