Arrival: Staff provided me with clear parking instructions and welcomed me and my dog as we entered with high energy!
Facilities: The facilities were spotless and the atmosphere were great to be in. They truly take pride in what they do.
Staff: Every single person had a smile on their face and walked me through my first vet visit and answered all my questions. Even just witnessing them tackle issues together was amazing and I knew that I could trust everyone present.
Cost: I always hear about expensive vet bills and although my issue was not the largest on the scale it still did not remotely break the bank and my dog was back to her normal self within 24 hours.
I can not thank you enough. You saved me so much time, energy and stress! This is now going to be my primary and I’m looking forward to going back soon.
They very gently introduce themselves to the cats and explained everything to me in great detail. They never charge without showing you first. I had a family friend vet before this, so I’m used to a vet treating my kitties like family, and I’m more than happy with the team at this CityVet

Although it is with great sadness that Stella passed away, I cannot express enough how compassionate, kind, and supportive the entire staff was during every moment we were there. Dr. Krampe was absolutely amazing. Shr checked on us frequently and kept us updated on our pet’s condition every step of the way. You can truly tell she cares deeply and is passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which meant so much to us.
Thanks to her care, our cat is doing really well now. She even checked in with us the next day, which shows a level of compassion you don’t see everywhere.
We will definitely be bringing all of our pets here moving forward. I honestly cannot recommend her enough!

(UPDATE) 4 years later, I can say they have continued to show us that same level of care and compassion over and over again. They supported us through losing one of our fur babies with so much empathy and care. Fast forward- Recently, they literally saved our new fur baby’s life. He had a blocked intestine, and they worked us in for emergency surgery and even stayed with us for an hour after closing answering all our questions/concerns.
