Dr. Reilly is an absolute gem in the vet world. My dog is going through a terminal illness, and her compassion on trying to prolong my dog’s life comfortably was much appreciated. We had come on a weekend, so the prices for urgent care are more expensive, but finding out the prices from the receptionist ( black woman with freckles) it seems comparable to where we currently go, and I am considering switching to CityVet just because of the doctor! God willing, my dog can live comfortably for a little longer, but if not, I know the doctor has tried.
Another shoutout to the receptionist, the one I described, though I didn’t get her name; she was the absolute sweetest and had great energy as did the vet assistants . Much love 🩷

I have been to this vet hospital twice now and I am blown away by the high quality of care we recieve here. They are transparent in a way that is really refreshing. As somone who is still constantly learning what my fur babies need and how to support them best, I feel met and understood by the staff here. They give me the information I need in a way that makes my pets needs clear and still feel attainable. I trust their judgments and recommendations and they leave me feeling confident I am making the best calls I can for my fur babies health. That is all I ever ask for. Whether coming in for a general checkup or concerns about a sick fur baby.

I have quite a few dogs 😅 and I’ve brought all of them to this CityVet location and every experience has been great. They’ve helped us through two URIs and an allergic reaction, and the entire team is always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They’ve even managed to fit us in last minute when we needed it most. On top of that, they’re the most affordable vet I’ve ever been to. Last year, another clinic charged me $3,000 for antibiotics and a chest X-ray for my puppy’s URI, CityVet treated a similar issue for under $400. I’ll definitely keep bringing all my dogs here. Highly recommend!

My dog was dealing with a pretty bad hot-spot that got increasingly worse over the weekend. Our regular vet couldn’t get us in, so I called CityVet Alliance and from the first phone call they were incredibly friendly and upbeat! They gave me an estimate of the cost over the phone and were very transparent about pricing. When we got there, my pup and I were instantly greeted with so much positive energy and excitement! The vet techs were incredibly friendly, loving to my pup, and overall just delightful to work with! The vet was extremely thorough and helped us get to the root of the issue!! We were in and out within an hour or so! I couldn’t be happier with the choice to go to CityVet for this urgent care issue! Pricing was a bit high, but it was also an urgent care visit on a weekend, so I understand! Overall, highly recommend!!!

BEST VET EVER. Not only was our visit inexpensive and a whole lot less than I was expecting to pay, they are extremely kind and helpful. They answer any questions that you have, I got put into a room immediately as soon as I got there, which I arrived earlier to my appointment so they took me a little early. I also always get secondhand fear of vets, especially if they’re judgey or expensive but this is the best vet I’ve ever been to. I cannot stress enough to go here I was fully expecting this business to be five stars. I’m surprised it’s not. Me and my cat need to return in 4 weeks but I think I may make my other animals some check up appointments, cause I love this office so much.

After relocating to Fort Worth, finding a new vet for my dogs felt overwhelming, but CityVet quickly put all of those worries at ease. From our very first visit, Dr. Kordis and the entire staff were amazing. They were kind, thorough, transparent, and made us feel like our pets were in the best hands.

(UPDATE) 4 years later, I can say they have continued to show us that same level of care and compassion over and over again. They supported us through losing one of our fur babies with so much empathy and care. Fast forward- Recently, they literally saved our new fur baby’s life. He had a blocked intestine, and they worked us in for emergency surgery and even stayed with us for an hour after closing answering all our questions/concerns.
We are so grateful for Dr. Kordis and the whole team. They are not only excellent at what they do, but they truly care, and that means everything.

I took my kitty for her annual exam and vaccination. My cat Sammie is shy but the doctor and her technicians were able to calm her enough to get all needed done. Brought my dog in here for the first time today due to an urgent issue. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and the doctor was gentle and kind with my dog. They worked with me to help my dog feel better within my budget and there was no upselling or scaring us into expensive treatments with worst case scenarios as I have experienced at other vets. I am glad to have a vet I know I can trust to treat me and my dog with kindness and compassion.

So far so good. The staff is usually friendly. I get nervous when the dogs’ nails are clipped behind closed doors but understand it is standard procedure. I’m able to inspect the nails or bring concerns to their attention about the nails which is great. The team tries to accommodate me if possible and I appreciate it. I get constant friendly reminders about vaccines and other medical procedures which is great. Prices depend on procedures. Any veterinary can get expensive though.

Dr Shannon and all the staff were extremely kind and patient with me and my fluffy little guy. I took my rescue pup in for a new patient exam and vaccine, and they explained his vaccine and care schedule to me as a first time dog owner and were very thorough. Their office is very clean and welcoming.

Highly recommend!!!

Our little sweet Alice was having stomach issues. We called and they were able to get her in the same day. They took some xrays, bloodwork and gave her some medications. Dr. Greg gave us a great explanation of the process and his recommendation. We had results in around 15 minutes and Alice is back to herself within a day! Thank you!

I don’t think we’ve had a better experience from a vet hospital. From routine visits to vaccination appointments to urgent visits, we can always be seen promptly and all the vets take appropriate and thoughtful time for our dog. The front desk and vet techs are equally if not more amazing. Last, but not least, this is the most punctual office and have never been left waiting.

We have had the best care for our cat Rosie for over a years now.
Dr. Johnson has been crucial in seeing her and providing exams that guide us through Rosie’s needs. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful on the phone. The hospital is always clean and comfy.
I would like to leave a special compliment for Victor. He’s kind, patient and very polite to us and Rosie.

Dr. Leah Shannon cared for my elderly dog for a little over a year since he moved with me to Texas. Dr. Shannon provided the most kind and compassionate service to my family, and to my absolutely beloved elderly dog with a fatal medical condition that could not be treated when she provided euthanasia service. Thank you, Dr. Shannon, you were an angel for our beloved dog and our family. You made this experience so kind and tolerable. We are still grieving, but I could not have had a better veterinarian at our side.

I called a hour before they closed Sunday. I was 30 min away. They said come on in and we can help you out with your Kitty. Thenreceptionist, the tech and the Doctor were all so kind. They took such good care of my kitty who ended up having a burst ear drum. They explained everything and gave me prices along the way. Ill be back for sure for my other cats wellness exam. Highly recommend this place! They were a blessing at 8 pm on a Sunday.

Took my 2 year old cat here today because he was throwing up foam and acting abnormally. No appt and had never been here before. The woman at the front desk was very sympathetic and immediately helpful and my cat was taken back for vitals within minutes. She got our information and showed my husband and I to a room. The vet tech and then Dr. Jones were quick, efficient, explained everything clearly, and laid out various treatments and costs. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. The office was clean and bright and pleasant and they even offered us cold water/sodas before we went to the room. This was by far the best vet visit I have had in San Antonio and I have been to several. Will 100% come back if needed and would recommend. A+!

I had the worst week of my life with the sudden loss of my cat, Gucci. This staff went above and beyond to guide me through this process and Dr Smith even came in on his day off to check on her for me. These people are genuinely so kind, and they care so deeply for the pets that they care for. I can’t imagine going through this loss with anyone else, and I’m quite fortunate that a friend of mine recommended this vet. Thank you so much to the team, I will be back.

An emergency situation, Taylor booked our appointment quickly, greeted us by name upon arrival (even our cat) and placed us in an exam room where we were seen by our Tech Sam and Dr. D’Intino who were compassionate, caring and gentle. Dr. D’Intino quickly diagnosed the medical issue and provided two solutions. Both were fully explained including risks, step by step procedures and costs (very reasonable).
