Things to Take Note Of
Asking great questions is important – Listening closely to the answers? Even more important! Here are a few things to pay attention to:
- Do they speak positively about their team — or mostly about production?
- Can they clearly explain how they support and mentor new graduates — or does it feel vague?
- When they describe busy days, does it sound collaborative or chaotic?
- Do their answers feel aligned with the kind of doctor you want to become?
